THE BRIEF
Venue teams juggle show rundowns, gear health and maintenance windows across chats and spreadsheets. This internal tool centralises it: live equipment status, show scheduling, and maintenance history — designed by someone who actually runs these systems on show nights.

Mapped how operators actually track gear and rundowns during live operations — the tool follows the workflow, not the other way around.
